Update: 5:30 am Saturday August 1st. The weather forecast for the next 24 hours is not good. NOAA and local forecasts are predicting heavy thunderstorms and rain beginning late afternoon or early evening and extending throughout the night Marguerite and Steve McGill (s/v: Clarity) will lead a short destination (17 Miles from Herring Bay) cruise to Aberdeen Creek off of the South River. Rise early and enjoy the day sailing the bay before heading up the South River or sleep-in then sail to Aberdeen Creek.
