The race is today. sorry for the typo between the SIs and the calendar.

should the competitors wish to do a rabbit start. I have no issue with that unless someone on the competition committee can raise a concern.

Competitors should only start the race if there is 4 knots of breeze or more per the racing guidance.

Ensure to log your start and finish times and send them to me and Jim.

There is no RC signed up and only two boats, one spinnaker and one non- spin.

Will there be a race today?

The racing calendar has the race listed on 8/8 and the sailing instructions say "Saturday 8/9" which looks like a typo.

Seems like the race is happening on Saturday, but wanted to confirm.

Also doesn't look like we have an RC, so is it still happening? If we don't have RC, but would like to race I propose we do we self start within 100ft N of HHSA Mark A, Bearing 180 to starboard, at 1105 (racing) and 1110 (cruising), and record our own finish times? Thank you!
